Who is Baptism for?
Believers in Jesus Christ.
When they personally make a decision saying YES to following Jesus
in an act of repentance and acknowledgement of their faith in him.

What is Baptism?
It is the celebration of a believer demonstrating publicly that they have made
Jesus Christ their Lord and Saviour.
We baptize by immersion because when we are under the water it illustrates
dying to sin and when we come up out of the water, it represents a new life Christ.
The water does not cleanse spiritually; it symbolizes the spiritual
cleansing provided for us by Jesus' death on the cross.

Jesus died for everyone.

Baptist symbolizes our union with him in his death and resurrection.
